Challenge
Tide wanted to provide its 350,000 clients with a comprehensive set of business services related to accounting, financial consulting, fundraising, and collection services, reinforcing Tide's differentiation from traditional banks. In short, they wanted to provide their clients with any business service they needed to be successful in their business. With SCND Service Marketplace Platform, they were able to meet this requirement.
Outcome
The SCND solution enabled Tide customers to access and order a wide range of recurring and one-time accounting, financial consulting, fundraising, and collection services through a new comprehensive catalogue of business services developed in partnership with PWC. Leveraging the Service Information Management, they were able to have a central repository for all the business services offered by PWC to be made available to their clients. Through SCND's native scheduling and booking system, Tide customers could also book recurring or one-time services they needed.
