As a one-stop-shop for their customers, Tide pushed their vision beyond offering their own services and tools and wanted to extand their value with 3rd-party accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and other professional services to deepen their impact on their customers' daily life.

This initiative entailed to build a digital platform that matches services demand from their +350,000 customers with 3rd-party trusted suppliers. The Tide team selected scnd as prefered technology partner to enable the service marketplace capabilities and take on two main objectives: delivering a short time-to-market while embedding service commerce specificities and best-pratices.
